Patient Care Coordinator

This position is mainly based in a home office, with training onsite in the office and opportunities to participate in team and company events. We are seeking an energetic professional to make outgoing calls to prospective leads and our current patients.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma; Business school or associate degree equivalent a plus.
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Must be computer literate in most Microsoft programs.
- Must be able to work independently and be detail-oriented.
The ideal candidate will also possess:
- Ability to work remotely.
- Must have a reliable computer with high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to multitask.
- Navigate several different web-based scheduling sites.
- Excellent verbal, listening, writing, and communication skills.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize client satisfaction and facility efficiency.
- Track and report daily scheduling metrics.
- Verify patient insurance.
- Make outgoing phone calls in a fast-paced manner and effectively handle telephone inquiries.
- Create and update patients’ electronic records.
We provide an hourly rate plus scheduling commission bonus. This position offers great earning potential.

Front Office Coordinator
A private healthcare practice in Eastern Pittsburgh, PA, is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to manage the front office and represent our practice with professionalism.
Duties
- Handle patient calls and effectively manage schedules
- Contact patients to confirm appointments
- Track and report daily scheduling metrics
- Effectively handle telephone inquiries
- Greet patients immediately upon their arrival and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain patient records in the scheduling system
- Type correspondence for professionals
- Manage daily operations of the practice while maintaining a professional workplace
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize client satisfaction and facility efficiency
- Create and update patients' electronic health records
- Verify patient insurance
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing environments
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- 2 years front office experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Must be computer literate in all Microsoft Office programs
- Must be able to work well independently and be detailed-oriented
The ideal candidate will also possess:
