Dr. Lacy Smiesko attended Penn State University for her undergraduate studies, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in biology. Shortly after, she attended graduate school in Dallas, Texas earning her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Her mission has always been to help people function their best, to address the root cause, not just the effects, and to educate people to take control of their health.
In 2022, her passion for overall health and wellness led her to Hearing Unlimited. Here she learned that treating hearing loss could help to prevent cognitive decline. This aligned with her mission, so she joined the team at Hearing Unlimited as an Audiology Apprentice. Since then, Dr. Smiesko has been studying to complete her Hearing Instrument Specialist certification. Her health care experience ranges from VA hospitals to private practices and has enjoyed working with people of all ages. In her free time, she enjoys going on dates with her husband, playing bingo, golfing, and visiting family in Florida.
